Location.

The staff was too interested in smoking with her boyfriend out front.

This place is great for location purposes only. It was noisy and smelly. The walls and ceilings/floors are so thin that I could here actual conversations over the TV. Ridiculous!

Desk clerks were especially friendly and helpful.

The comfort of the bed was a pleasant surprise. The air conditioner cooled the room off quickly upon arrival. The decor was new and pleasant. The shower was an enjoyable experience.
